At approximately 11:00 on Friday 01/13/12 Bangor Township Fire Department was dispatched to Woodbridge Street for a structure fire. The first unit on scene (Bay Med Ambulance) reported heavy smoke coming from one side of the two story structure. Mutual Aid was immediately requested from Monitor Township FD and Bay City FD. Kawkawlin FD provided emergency coverage for Bangor Township during the fire and Pinconning & Fraser Townships provided support with the county Air Trailer. Also on scene providing support was Bay Med, The Red Cross and Bay County Sheriffs Department. Crews were on scene from approximately 11:00 to 18:00.
